DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Dear clients,
Please take your time to browse through the delivery methods, terms and rates applicable to your country of residence. We ship everywhere!  

 

PROCEDURES DURING AND AFTER PURCHASE

Almost all of our orders, do have a tracking number.

Delays are to be expected in periods around national and international holidays, official non-working days or periods around Black Friday. Delays caused by bad weather, airline and transport company strikes, also rarely occur. We kindly ask for understanding and patience in cases where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control such as these. We will always advise you when there are expected delays to the best of our knowledge. 

PROCESSING-SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped 1-3 business days after the processing day.
We want to make sure that you will receive your order as quickly as possible so please, make sure you have chosen the right model, colour and size when you place an order.
Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once your order is in our system.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour after you placed it on info@bazspot.com.
Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses located in Asia and Europe.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Average time of delivery 15-20 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier.
Otherwise, if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

CUSTOMS-TAXES

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DELIVERY

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
In case of your absence when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your package can be collected.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without necessarily having to notify you. You agree to carefully check them before finalizing your order, and keep track of promotions and special offers.
We are not responsible for the delay in orders due to incorrect personal information provided by you,delays caused by bad weather and road conditions, public holidays, official days off or strikes by transport companies, and we hope you understand and show patience in cases where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control.
